Easy Caribbean Carrot Punch
This easy Caribbean carrot punch is more than just a carrot juice. It is made with carrots, milk and spices. It is delicious.

peeled, washed and sliced

Granulated sugar

Vanilla extract

Ground allspice

Ground cloves
Instructions
Blend the sliced carrots, water, evaporated milk, spices, vanilla extract and the sugar.
Once everything is well blended, strain the punch into a pitcher using a cheesecloth or a sieve.
Serve immediately with ice or refrigerate.
