Easy Banana Crepes At Home

If you love crepes already then you will love these easy banana crepes. Not only are they easy to make, they are also delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour sifted
  • 3/4 cup Whole milk at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 3 medium Eggs at room temperature
  • 2 medium Ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh or ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Fresh or ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground allspice

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the bananas, whole milk, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Blend everything until smooth.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and flour.
  • Gradually mix in the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture.
  • When everything is mixed together, cover with serum wrap and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  • Place a pan/skillet over a medium heat, brush the pan with some oil then pour a 1/4 cup of the batter into the batter. Swirl the batter around to cover the pan.
  • Let it cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 more minutes then remove. Repeat until the batter is done.
