In a blender, add the bananas, whole milk, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Blend everything until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt and flour.
Gradually mix in the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture.
When everything is mixed together, cover with serum wrap and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Place a pan/skillet over a medium heat, brush the pan with some oil then pour a 1/4 cup of the batter into the batter. Swirl the batter around to cover the pan.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 more minutes then remove. Repeat until the batter is done.
