All purpose Flour
sifted
1 & 1/2

Granulated sugar
1 & 1/4

Buttermilk
1/4

Vegetable oil

Eggs
at room temperature
1 & 1/2

Vanilla extract

Baking powder

Instructions
Preheat & Grease:
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C. Grease and flour a 12-inch bundt pan, set it aside.
Dry ingredients:
In a mixing bowl whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and sugar until everything is mixed well together. Set aside.
Wet ingredients:
In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
Combine the two:
Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients while alternating with the buttermilk.
Bake:
Once the batter is mixed well, pour it into the greased pan and bake for 1 h20-25 or until a toothpick inserted in comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10-15 minutes. You can always glaze the cake or frost or enjoy it plain.
Notes
For a glaze:
1 cup Powdered sugar
4 tbsp Whole milk
Mix everything together and drizzle over a cooled cake.
