This tasty mango jerk chicken burger is a tropical twist on an American classic. The patty is made with dry jerk seasoning and the sauce has mango in it.

1lbGround chicken
1Egg
1/4 & 2cup & tbspBreadcrumbs
1 & 1/2tspDry jerk seasoning
1tspGarlic powder
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspPaprika
1/4tspBlack pepper
1/4tspWorcestershire sauce
1tbspOil

Instructions
Add the ground chicken, paprika, egg, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, jerk seasoning and worcestershire sauce. Mix everything together.
Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
Heat the oil in on skillet/fry pan over medium-high heat then cook the patties on each side for 5-7 minutes.
Once the patties are done cooking, make the burger by adding the sauce unto each bun then add the patty, followed by the lettuce and onions.
