Passion Fruit Whipped Cream
This passion fruit whipped cream recipe is the perfect tropical twist to the American classic. It is made with fresh passion fruit juice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy cream, cold
- 4 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp Fresh passion fruit juice
Instructions
- Using a hand or stand mixer, whisk the heavy cream until peaks start to form.
- Add the passion fruit juice and the powdered sugar.
- Whisk again for at least 1 minute.
