2mediumGreen plantainspeeled
2tbspOlive oil
2tbspJerk seasoning
Instructions
Prep:
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Cutting the plantains:
Using a knife or vegetable slicer, cut the plantains very thinly.
Add the slices to a bowl and season with the jerk seasoning and olive oil.
Mix everything together.
Baking the chips:
Place the plantains on the baking tray, making sure not to lay any on top of each other.
If your tray cannot hold all the chips then either get another tray or bake one batch at a time.
Bake for 15-20 minutes then let them cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
