In a small/medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, black pepper and shredded coconut together. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the coconut milk, paprika, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and shredded coconut together.
Take each shrimps and dip it into the flour, shake off the excess. Then dip it into the egg mixture then shake off the excess and finally dip it into the breadcrumbs and shake off the excess.
Place a pot with oil, enough to deep fry the shrimps, over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the shrimps and cook them until they are golden brown, which should take 3-5 minutes.
