Salads are known to be healthy but who said they had to be boring. This citrus creole salad dressing will not only make your salad tasty but also fun.

Ingredients
4sprigsFresh parsleychopped
2stalksScallionschopped
2mediumGarlic clovesminced
1mediumPimento pepperchopped
1Lemon
1Lime
2tbspOlive oil
1/4tspBlack pepper
1/4tspSalt
Instructions
Place the chopped veggies (parsley, garlic, scallions & pimento pepper) into the bowl, squeeze in the lime and lemon juice, followed by the olive oil and finally season with the salt and black pepper.
Mix everything together and let it sit for at least 2-4 hours. Or use it right away.
Notes
In order for you to get the best results, I recommend make the dressing ahead of time so it can sit. At least for 2-4 hours in the fridge.
