8ozCream cheese
2mediumEggs
2cupsRolled or Instant oats
1/4cupOat milk or Whole milk
1tbspGranulated sugar
1tspBaking powder
1tspVanilla extract
1/8tspSalt
Instructions
Making the oat flour:
In a blender, add the oats and pulse until the oats are fine like flour.
Set aside.
Making the pancakes:
In a medium mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, eggs and the vanilla extract.
Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the oat flour into the cream cheese mixture. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
Cooking the pancakes:
In a skillet over medium heat, wipe the pan with butter.
