Coconut Milk Turmeric Rice
This coconut milk turmeric rice will take your regular and plain rice to a whole new level. It is full of flavor and it is easy to make.

Ingredients

White rice

Water

Coconut milk

Coconut oil

Turmeric powder

tsp
Salt
Instructions
Heat a pot over medium heat then warm the coconut oil then add the rice. Toast the rice for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the water, coconut milk, turmeric and salt.
Cook for 15-20 minutes then enjoy.
