Coconut Milk Turmeric Rice

This coconut milk turmeric rice will take your regular and plain rice to a whole new level. It is full of flavor and it is easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups White rice
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Heat a pot over medium heat then warm the coconut oil then add the rice. Toast the rice for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the water, coconut milk, turmeric and salt.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes then enjoy.
