In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder, grated coconut and sugar together.
Add the butter and mix it into the flour.
Gradually mix in the water.
Knead the dough and make sure it isn't too sticky. It should be slightly sticky.
Place the dough on a floured surface, knead for 1 minute more.
Divide the dough into 20 equal balls that are about 1/2 inch round ball.
Set on a tray, cover with a towel and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Heat a pan or pot with oil, once it is hot add the dough.
Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
