Apple Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients

  • 1-2 Apples diced and peeled
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1+1/2 cups Flour sifted
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Apple sauce
  • 2 tsps Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/375°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, brown sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and apple sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon and diced apples. 
  • Sift in the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Stir everything together until it is mixed perfectly.
  • Once everything is mixed together pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in comes out clean.
  • When it has done baking, remove from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before enjoying!
