Homemade Caribbean Green Seasoning
This homemade Caribbean green seasoning is perfect to season any meats. It is the best way to preserve fresh herbs for a long time.

Fresh cilantro or culantro

Fresh parsley

Fresh scallions

Garlic cloves

Pimento peppers

diced

Celery

chopped

Onion or shallot

Bell pepper

preferrably green

Vegetable oil or Olive oil
Instructions
Chop the veggies and remove the skins and seeds.
Place everything into a food processor and mix until smooth like a paste.
Place in a jar and refrigerate or use immediately
Notes
If you don't own a food processor you can use a blender but it will be more "runny/liquid" so I suggest using 2 tbsp of oil or none in that case.
