Extra Creamy Warm Potato Salad
Every party or get together needs a creamy warm potato salad on the buffet. This potato salad can be enjoyed warmed, at room temperature or chilled.

Ingredients

Potatoes (or 10 small ones)
washed and diced

Fresh parsley
chopped

Bell pepper

Red onion

Mayonnaise

Yellow mustard

Garlic powder

Paprika

Water (for boiling)
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions
Boiling the potato:
Place a large pot over medium-high heat, fill with water and season with salt.
Bring the water to a boil then add the potatoes. Boil for 10-15 minutes or until tender and not soft.
Once the potatoes are boiled, drain then set aside.
Making the potato salad:
Add the potatoes to a bowl along with the bell pepper, onion, parsley, paprika, cayenne, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper.
Mix everything together until it is perfectly mixed.
Serve and enjoy!
