Extra Creamy Warm Potato Salad

Every party or get together needs a creamy warm potato salad on the buffet. This potato salad can be enjoyed warmed, at room temperature or chilled.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 large Potatoes (or 10 small ones) washed and diced
  • 4 sprigs Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 medium Bell pepper diced
  • 1 medium Red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cayenne pepper
  • Water (for boiling)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

Boiling the potato:

  • Place a large pot over medium-high heat, fill with water and season with salt.
  • Bring the water to a boil then add the potatoes. Boil for 10-15 minutes or until tender and not soft.
  • Once the potatoes are boiled, drain then set aside.

Making the potato salad:

  • Add the potatoes to a bowl along with the bell pepper, onion, parsley, paprika, cayenne, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper.
  • Mix everything together until it is perfectly mixed.
  • Serve and enjoy!
