Mango lemonade

Servings 1 litre

Ingredients

Simple syrup:

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/3 cups Granulated sugar

Mango purée:

  • 2-3 Mangos sliced and diced
  • Juice of half a lime

Mango lemonade:

  • 1 cup Lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

Instructions

Simple syrup:

  • In a medium sauce pan over medium, add water and stir in the granulated sugar. Let it simmer until the sugar has dissolved for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool completely.

Mango purée:

  • In a blender, add the mangos and lime juice. Blend all the ingredients together until it is puréed.
  • Strain the purée into a pitcher.

Mango lemonade:

  • Stir in the lemon juice and the simple syrup.
  • Place in the fridge to chill or enjoy with some ice.
