A good cold beverage can never do you any harm, especially on those hot days. Sometimes you want a cold glass of juice but with a little kick. This frozen coconut lemonade with vodka recipe is that drink. It isn’t filled with a lot of alcohol but it has enough to keeping you buzzing. You can always add more if you want.
I love the blend with the coconut milk and the lemonade, it’s my favourite. It is so amazing and I couldn’t stop drinking it. I’m actually going to buy more coconut milk to make this again. You will love this also.

Ingredients:
(makes 2 servings)
- 1+1/2 cups Ice
- 1 cup Lemonade
- 1 cup Coconut milk, cold
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 or more Vodka, this is optional
Directions:
- In a blender, add all ingredients in this order, lemonade, coconut milk, sugar, vodka and ice. Blend on a medium speed until the mixture is blended well together. It should take between 2-5 minutes. Pour and enjoy!
